King Henry VIII School is an independent school that serves the needs of over 1,300 pupils between
the ages of 3 and 18. Our school environment provides the support that allows all students to achieve a
level of performance beyond that which they might otherwise achieve elsewhere. We provide a friendly
and purposeful approach through staff who are talented, motivated, and who take time to get to know
individual children. Our community thrives on a foundation of mutual respect and honesty.
You will become aware as you browse our website that we are justifiably proud of our academic
achievement and our extracurricular success in a wide variety of pursuits: sporting, musical, dramatic
and outdoor pursuits to name but a few. However, we are most proud of the fact that our students are
happy at their school and develop into confident young adults who are well equipped to cope with the
demands of adult life.
